Our phone provider, with assistance from EOU IT, will be performing maintenance and performance enhancements on the servers that manage the EOU telephone service. We expect this work to take under 10 minutes if everything goes as planned. On-campus phones may drop in-progress calls, or fail to receive calls during the necessary outage window.
