At this time Banner 9 should be operational in all browsers again.
If you still have trouble getting into Banner with the "You are not authorized to view this page" error, please try these steps:
1. Clear your browser cache. We have instructions on how to do this posted here: https://kb.eou.edu/faq/how-to-clear-your-browser-cache-v13
2. Restart your computer.
If you still get the same error when opening Banner 9, please let us know by emailing email@example.com
Be sure to let us know exactly what steps you have already done to try to resolve it.
