USSE needs to take action to address issues impacting processing for the universities resulting from OSU maintenance in early September. We have three database nodes but only database node 2 is currently working appropriately. To fix this issue, the DBAs need to restart the listeners for the nodes. While this is expected to be sufficient to solve the issue, if this does not work, they will need to reboot the nodes. Adding this to the maintenance weekend on 10/7 exceeds the time limits of the weekend. The alternate time available is Sunday 10/1 starting at 6:30 a.m. The window of downtime is expected to be 3-4 hours
