We believe all of the work is complete with the new my.EOU Portal migration. While there are still some minor outstanding account issues to work on, all of the services within the my.EOU Portal are fully functional and working as intended.

Update
The Canvas LMS has been updated to work with the new my.EOU Portal and testing shows it fully functional. We will continue to monitor all of the my.EOU Portal services for any further issues. Please let the IT Helpdesk know if you have any questions or comments. Thank you for your patience as we continue the Portal migration throughout the day.
Google Apps services like Email, Calendar and Drive have been updated to work with the new my.EOU Portal. We will continue to monitor the services, but as of right now they appear fully functional. Thank you.

Millennium FAST Production has been updated and tested within the new my.EOU Portal. The FAST service will continue to be monitored throughout the day, but at this time appears to be fully functional. Thank you.

During the course of the day, Monday, Dec 18th, the IT Department will be launching and migrating to the new my.EOU Portal. This migration should be fairly quick, but you may experience short windows in downtime in the following services (below). We plan to migrate the following services, in order, within the new my.EOU Portal:
- Migrate the https://my.eou.edu URL to the new my.EOU Portal
- Google Mail (morning)
- Google Calendar (morning)
- Google Drive (morning)
- Canvas LMS (late morning)
- Millenium FAST Reporting (mid-day)
Please let the IT Helpdesk know if you experience any ongoing outages with any of these services, or if you have questions about the new my.EOU Portal.
