A hardware failure occurred affecting telephone and network services in Badgley Hall at around 12 PM on 1/11/2025. While investigating the outage, the IT technician determined that the hardware needed to be replaced. Affected services were restored by 10 PM on 1/11/2025
During the outage, EOU-manged telephone and network services were unavailable in the following locations: * Badgley Hall, 2nd floor, East Wing * Badgley Hall, 3rd floor, East Wing
Other areas of Badgley Hall were unaffected.
