SMS Magic would be finishing some updates on our Salesforce production environment, ability to send SMS to a contact will be turn off or might be not working/showing on your screen in Salesforce until these updates have completed.

Any incoming texts from students are going to continue to come-in during the maintenance, we wont lost any text from them but notification might not come thru, we suggest checking your contacts for the next 2 days to see if they have respond if you are waiting for an answer.

There is a data migration that will be done overnight after work ours and would be completed next day in the morning, until this is done you might not see all the text history in contacts but we assure you that this information is not lost.
